Vehicles
I made some pretty irrational decisions about motor vehicles. Here are some of the results (it's not pretty)
Boats
It's been a long time since I started boating, and it's still fun. I've been very lucky, and now I have a Vancouver 25 that I sail on the Chesapeake Bay, along with Moby Dink the deflatable and a folding kayak. There used to be a Montgomery 15 that sat on a trailer in the driveway and touring kayaks in the garage. There was even a whitewater kayak in there too, until I decided that I don't mind waves but prefer that there not be rocks in them
Skiing
We love to ski. We love it so much that we now own a wonderful condo close to the lifts in our favorite town. Until we go to live in Steamboat you can rent our condo and find out why we love it so much
Flying
For years, I resisted the idea of flying. It just didn't seem to be a good idea. I traveled by boat. But then I changed my mind, here's what happened
Writing

I entered a photo contest in high school. It wasn't a very good picture, but I won 10 Shillings and was hooked on the easy money. I've been taking photographs ever since
